- Massaging the area of stretch marks has proven to be a good home remedy for the stretch marks removal. You can use olive oil, flaxseed oil, vitamin E oil or cod liver oil for the massage.
- It is the loosening or stretching of skin which causes stretch marks. To tone your body, exercise well.
