Eat Papaya for Good Health
Papaya is an evergreen fruit which is available in the market all the year round. Apart from being a sweet fruit, it is also a cheap fruit in comparison to other fruits. This fruit can be consumed by people of all age groups.
This fruit is never harmful for health, however try not to eat papaya in the night time as far as possible. This fruit has lots of health benefits and you can use it to get benefits in various diseases.
Health Benefits of Papaya
- Toothache – If you are having tooth pain, then take a piece of cotton and soak it with the white milk coming out from the fruit. Placing this cotton over the aching tooth gives quick relief from toothache.
- Menstrual Problems – Women having irregular menstrual problems should consume 500 grams of ripe papaya per day continuously for a month. This problem of menstrual cycle irregularity will end forever.
- Tonsillitis – Children or adults having tonsillitis problem should gargle with milk mixed with raw papaya. This is beneficial in this condition.
- High Blood Pressure – People having high blood pressure should eat 500 grams of fresh papaya on an empty stomach. But don’t eat or drink anything for upto one and half hours.
- Diarrhea – Boil raw papaya and give it to the patient to eat. It will control the loose motions.
- Indigestion – If you have indigestion problems, then eat a small papaya after your meals.
- Stomach bugs – If the children have bugs in their stomach, then take 15 seeds from the papaya and ground them to make a paste. Eat this paste with half a glass of water. Continue this for 10-15 days.
- Burning Sensation – If you have the problem of burning sensation in urine, then eat the curry of raw papaya. This is beneficial in this problem.
- Constipation – Eat a small papaya until constipation goes away. Papaya has been found very effective for stomach related problems particularly constipation.
- Brown spots – Apply the pulp of papaya on the brown spots to get rid of brown spots on the face.
