If you are unable to conceive do not worry. Read on to learn about effective infertility treatments. Infertility can be rectified with medications, surgery, assisted reproductive technology or artificial insemination. You can also try a combination of these methods. We also reveal useful home remedies that can help you conceive a baby.

Basis of Infertility Treatments
Specific treatments are decided based on:

Results of tests

Duration of time the partners have spent trying to conceive

Age of the couple

Their overall health condition

The partners’ preference

Infertility Treatments for Men

For sexual problems like premature ejaculation or impotence, doctors prescribe medicines and/or behavioral therapy.

If the problem is less sperm count, then surgery can be tried. If infections affect the sperm count, antibiotics are needed to treat them. Doctors are also capable of surgically removing sperm from the male reproductive organs.

Sometimes the semen may lack sperm due to blockages in the reproductive system. To correct this, surgery is required.

Infertility Treatments for Women

Surgery can cure physical problems in women which cause infertility.

If women suffer from ovulation problems, doctors may prescribe medicines for treatment. These medications have benefits, dangers and side effects. Discuss all these with your doctor before you start taking them.

Medications to Cure Infertility in Women

Bromocriptine (Parlodel)

Metformin (Glucophage)

Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (Gn-RH) analog

Follicle-stimulating hormone or FSH (Follistim, Gonal-F)

Human menopausal gonadotropin or hMG (Pergonal, Repronex)

Clomiphene citrate (Clomid)

Artificial Insemination
This method is also called Intrauterine insemination (IUI). This treatment involves injecting pre-prepared sperm into the female partner. The doctor may use medications to stimulate ovulation before carrying out the IUI procedure.

Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)
ART involves removal of eggs from a woman’s ovaries. These eggs are then combined with sperm to create embryos outside the body. These embryos are inserted into the woman’s reproductive organs. ART is time-consuming and expensive. But, many couples have benefited from this treatment. The common problem is multiple fetuses.

Home Remedies for Infertility

To increase cervical mucus, consume foods rich in vitamin C. Nitric oxide can also increase cervical mucus and raise blood flow to the sexual organs.

Consume grape seed extract as it protects sperm and makes vitamin C more effective.

Evening primrose oil is another good home remedy for infertility as it increases the quantity and quality of cervical mucus.

To treat infertility, consume foods rich in calcium like yogurt, cheese and milk.

Eat plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits. Folic acid is a recommended nutrient for treating infertility. Foods rich in folic acid are lentils, orange juice, broccoli and spinach.

Tips to Treat Infertility in Women

To increase cervical mucus, drink cough syrup during the period of ovulation.

If your periods are irregular and you have stopped ovulating, consult a gynecologist.

Go easy on exercise.

Wear loose and comfortable clothes.

Reduce caffeine and alcohol intake.

Maintain a dairy with information on your fertile days.

Eat nutritious foods like poultry, whole wheat bread, brown rice and oatmeal.

Drink lots of fluids to increase cervical mucus.

Smoking is a leading cause of infertility, so if you are smoker quit immediately.

What is Hysteria?

Hysteria is a nervous disorder caused by intense anxiety. The sufferer lacks control over their emotions and acts. Symptoms are sudden emotional outbursts and seizures. Most commonly, young women aged between 14 to 25 years are most affected by hysteria as they are naturally sensitive. In this article we reveal effective

hysteria treatments.

Hysteria Treatments

Honey is known to cure hysteria. Consume a teaspoon of honey every day. Menstrual irregularity is a main cause of hysteria. Honey cures this condition by enabling good bleeding within the cycle period, cleans up the uterus, tones the uterine musculature and brain, and normalizes body temperature. If you suffer from fits, increase the honey quantity for immediate relief.

Bottle gourd is another good remedy when applied externally. Place the fresh pulp of bottle gourd on the head for relief.

Lettuce is a great

hysteria treatment

. Make a cup of lettuce juice and add a teaspoon of Indian gooseberry juice. Take this juice every day in the morning for about a month.

Jambul fruit is an effective

hysteria treatment

. Eat plenty of these fruits every day to get relief.

Exercise is a great natural remedy for hysteria. Gentle exercise relieves stress and regulates body functions. Recommended exercises and activities are swimming, walking, Pilates, tai chi, yoga, acupuncture and massage.

Lifestyle Changes to Treat Hysteria

There is nothing to worry about hysteria as it is totally curable. Effective treatment addresses both physical and mental causes and hence is directed towards both body and mind. A healthy mind is essential to harbor a sound mind.

To maintain a healthy body, the patient should lead an active lifestyle with a nutritious diet, adequate rest, agreeable occupation, daily exercise, eat and sleep regularly, regulate bowel movements and get a good amount of fresh air every day.

To cultivate a sound mind, the patient should learn self-control and positive thinking. Meditation will help them analyze the shenanigans of their own mind and overcome them. So, the patient should devote a few minutes every day for meditation and introspection to beat hysteria.

Diet for Hysteria Treatment

To boost health and vitality, hysteria patients should consume plenty of milk which will nourish their nerves and blood. Their daily diet should include fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts and seeds. They should avoid tobacco, coffee, tea, alcohol, white sugar, and products made from white flour.

Summary

The above tips for

hysteria treatment

can help you easily overcome this condition. Think positive and put mind over matter to triumph over hysteria.

According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, there are about 800’000 – 1.4 million persons infected with chronic Hepatitis B in the United States, with a total of about 4’000 acute, symptomatic cases nationwide. The rate of infected males has been higher than the rate of females. But there is still one case per 100’000 population among females. And since most of these women are in the childbearing age,

pregnancy with Hepatitis B

is an important topic.

What is Hepatitis B?

This virus is a widespread, highly contagious pathogen of an infectious liver inflammation (Hepatitis B) which can trigger jaundice and can cause AIDS. This infection can get transmitted for example during sexual intercourse. But a Hepatitis B vaccine can provide immunity in most of young healthy adults.

In the United States, there are approximately 22’000 pregnant women infected with Hepatitis B every year and they can transmit the virus during birth. 90 percent of these patients develop antibodies and acute illness. Some people are chronically infected but have no symptoms. Hepatitis B is the most common viral disease in the world. According to the World Health Organization, one third of the world’s population is infected with this disease.

What Happens when Pregnant with Hepatitis B?

In the United States, pregnant women are required by law to get tested for Hepatitis B during an early prenatal visit and since December 2011 all positive infected pregnant women get reported by law to the local health department.
Furthermore, newborns of infected mothers get a protective vaccination within the first twelve hours after birth, in the age of one and six months because around 20% of women positive for Hepatitis B transmit the virus to their neonates in the absence of immune prophylaxis in the womb, during childbirth and breastfeeding. The child’s risk to get infected is related to the health of the mother. A poor immune status increases the risk of transmission since the higher the amount of virus in the blood of the mother, the higher the risk for transmission. Also, it causes pre-term labor and pre-term birth in a higher transfer rate.

But because of various preventive measures, it was possible that the risk of transmission got reduced to less than 1 % and therefore.

What If The Child Gets Infected?

Unlike adults, Hepatitis B of infants who have been infected by their mother during birth is often chronic. Around 90 percent of infected newborns have to live with dangerous consequences of chronic Hepatitis.

Which measures should be sought in a pregnancy with Hepatitis B?

Since a post-exposure prophylaxis and an active immunization transmission right after birth prevents a transmission from mother to child in approximately 95 percent cases, many other actions than these must not be taken. Infected mothers can even breastfeed and the type of birth – natural or caesarean section – doesn’t play a subordinate role either.

How Can I Protect Myself from a Hepatitis B Infection?

An active vaccination against Hepatitis B is the safest protection against infection.

Use condoms when having sex.

Don’t share any item that could have blood from an infected person on it such as razors, toothbrushes, nail clippers, medical instruments.

Don’t share drug needles.

Don’t touch sores and rashes of infected persons.

Clean blood spills with household bleach.

Persons who are infected must not pre-chew food for infants.

If you are exposed to the Hepatitis B virus, get immune globulin within 14 days.

Even though the risk to transfer the virus to the newborn is very small, a

pregnancy with Hepatitis B

can’t be underestimated. Speak with your doctor about it or get advice from a specialist office.

Further information is also available on the website of the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (www.cdc.gov).

Some people totally freak out when an attractive person says only hi to their partner. Without any reason they start to search for things in the pockets or bags and check the cell phones – totally surreptitiously. Why can’t they trust and how can they cope with this?

Jealousy in love

is always difficult and can go so far that it even destroys a relationship.

Here are the reasons and tips to be able to control jealousy attacks – for partners and the jealous ones.

Do I have a reason to be jealous?

Of course you have a reason to have a lack of confidence in your partner if he or she has ever disappointed you. But if your jealousy is unfounded, it has to be a mental disorder that causes unnecessary suffering.

In this case, the first important step is to realize that the problem has more to do with yourself than with your partner.

Afterwards, it is necessarily to identify the causes of your jealousy and to develop a strategy on how to keep it away as much as possible.

Is some jealousy normal?

There is such a thing like an adequate jealousy. Already before the psychologist Sigmund Freud talked about it,

jealousy in love

was already known for hundreds of years. Then if you have the fear that you will lose the life partner, what would be probably one of the most painful things for you, jealousy makes sense and is reasonable.

On the other hand, there is an unreasonable, morbid jealousy. Psychologists explain it with two reasons.

The more obvious is a lack of self-confidence. If you fear the whole time that you will lose your partner because of a more attractive person, you will start to control him or her completely. In this case, jealousy can be a blank terror and destroy the relationship.

The second explanation is actually based on ‘prevent cheaters’. Psychologists talk about persons who have been once attracted to someone else than their partner – what is actually normal – but who don’t admit it at all. But exactly this total displacement can lead to a loss of confidence and trust, because they can get the fear that the partner may have the same feeling for others but doesn’t hide it.

So what can I do?

If you have a jealousy attack, make yourself clear that this is your problem and not the one of your partner. This will give you a little distance.

Consider all the things which have shown you that you can trust your partner. This will give you security.

Consider your own strengths and why your partner loves you. This will give you back the self-confidence.

Surprise your partner with a gift or something else for him or her. This will strengthen the bond and mutual trust.

Don’t allow yourself sniffing around or to do inspections. Tell yourself that you are too good to do it.

Admit your jealousy since it will relieve.

And you partner?

He or she should try to understand how you feel.

What is important is that your partner doesn’t start to defend him or herself or to argue.

Your partner should resist the temptation to intentionally induce jealousy in order to feel strong.

The golden key to a relationship without jealousy would be just a mature and unconditional love. It is possible to totally trust your partner but since we are not perfect, most of us will sometimes get gripped by jealousy. The most important thing in this case is not to ignore but to do something against it, to make sure that

jealousy in love

doesn’t destroy your relationship with the one you love the most.

Facial hair

, per se, is really unwanted among the fairer sex. It is a problem that many women have to combat throughout their life. Facial hair can conceal the real beauty of an individual. There are a number of reasons why women get excess growth of hair on facial skin.

Reasons for Unwanted Facial hair

Hormonal imbalance leading to excess levels of androgen or testosterone in the body. These are essentially male hormones and can stimulate the hair follicles and encourage hair growth.

Increased levels of the male hormones could also be caused by polycystic ovarian disease, tumors in adrenal gland, ovaries and by obesity.

Insulin resistance can also cause it.

Side effects of certain medications like Tetrahydrogestrinone.

Home Remedies for Removal of Unwanted Facial hair

Waxing

– In this method, a thin layer of wax is applied on the body in the direction of hair growth. A piece of tissue or cloth is firmly pressed on top of that and it is pulled in the opposite direction. The result is complete hair removal of the area leaving behind soft and smooth skin. This is probably the most longer lasting among any temporary hair removal methods.

Shaving

– Shaving off hair is probably the most hassle free and cheap option of removing unwanted hair at home. It has to be done carefully avoiding nicks and cuts on the skin. It also leaves the skin rough textured and the hair grows back pretty fast.

Tweezing and Threading

– Tweezing and threading yanks off the hair from the layer beneath the skin and is probably the most pain free and safe method of removing hair on the face. However, it is extremely time consuming.

Bleaching

– Bleaching essentially lightens the color of hair and makes it less evident to the eye. It is good for dark colored but less dense kind of growth like the ones found on the upper lip, neck or chin.

Hair Removal cremes/Depilatories

– Essentially made of calcium hydroxide and Sodium or Calcium thioglycolate, it dissolves the surface hair on the skin. A lot of irritation and burning has been reported with its use. It should not be used on dried, chapped, cracked or sensitive skin like that in the under eye area.

Prescription Hair removal creme

– Vaniqa, an FDA approved prescription creme is getting popular in the US. It is an eflorinithine HCI creme and is clinically proven to reduce the growth of hair significantly over a period of 8 weeks.

Face mask

– A homemade face mask of 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 4 teaspoon honey rubbed against the direction of hair growth can solve the problem gradually.

Women often experience iron deficiency due to heavy loss of blood during their menstrual cycles, inability to supply the increased demands of body for iron during pregnancy or lack of insufficient iron in diet. Iron is the most essential element which is required for hemoglobin formation in the body. Hemoglobin plays a vital role in transferring oxygen to various parts of the body by being present in the red blood cells. It is also present in several enzymes but iron is mostly used for producing hemoglobin. Menopausal women, teenage girls and nursing and pregnant women must have adequate amounts of iron in their diet. Following are the

iron deficiency symptoms in women

.

Iron Deficiency Symptoms in Pregnant Women:

Nearly 50% extra blood is produced in a woman’s body during the pregnancy. The body needs more iron for the development of fetus, placenta and uterus. Most of the women fail to supply sufficient amounts and are advised to take iron supplements. Nearly 50% of pregnant women suffer from iron deficiency. Here are some of the symptoms:

Difficulty in concentration

Increased irritability

Difficulty in breathing

Heart palpitations

Increased heartbeat

Headache

Pale lips

Brittle and pale fingernails

Pale palms

Excessive weakness

Constant fatigue

Pica (A condition that involves craving for non-eating foods such as paint chips, cigarette butts, ice cubes, paper, clay and so on)

Women, following vegetarian diet may also develop iron deficiency because they do not intake meat, particularly red meat. But most vegetables such as beets, spinach, broccoli and fruits, nuts such as walnuts, almonds, dates, grapefruits, bananas and apples may provide required amounts of iron.

Iron Deficiency Symptoms in Teenage Girls:

Besides transport of oxygen, iron is required for normal body metabolism. Iron aids in synthesizing DNA, brain chemical dopamine and white blood cells as well. Hence the symptoms may include:

Frequent infections

Low resistance to diseases

Weak immune system

Inability to think properly

Impaired neurological development

Poor academic performance

Behavioral disturbances

Low bone density

Hampered growth

Cracks at the corners of the mouth

Sore tongue

Increased irritability

Lack of concentration and confusion

Lightheadedness and dizziness

Chest pain and heart palpitations

Difficulty in breathing or rapid breathing

Pale lips, pale and brittle nails and pale skin

Fatigue

Tiredness

Lack of energy

Iron Deficiency Symptoms in Menopausal Women:

Nearly 6% of post-menopausal women and 10% of premenopausal women may experience low iron. Low iron symptoms include:

Difficulty in swallowing

Sores at the corners of the mouth

Sore tongue

Brittle hair and brittle nails

Dry throat and mouth

Rapid heartbeat

Giddiness and excessive tiredness

Difficulty in breathing on slight exertion

In extreme cases, achy legs, angina and headache

Fainting

Pale appearance

If iron deficiency signs are neglected in women the body may gradually starve for oxygen. This leads to serious health conditions like extreme fatigue, heart palpitations, difficulty in breathing and skin pallor.

RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowance) of iron for a woman over the age of 51 is 8mg per day. 18 mg per day is needed for women between the age group of 19 – 50 and for pregnant women it is about 27 mg per day. Fortified cereals, whole grain products, raisins, legumes and bean products, seeds and nuts, green leafy vegetables, fish, poultry and meat are rich sources of iron.

Besides lack of iron in diet, excessive consumption of medicines such as aspirin, hemorrhoids, parasitic infections, inflammatory bowel disease, tumors, internal bleeding because of peptic ulcer and gastritis may also lead to iron deficiency. Likewise, if your body is unable to absorb iron which is consumed through diet, you are likely to suffer from low iron even after following a healthy diet rich in iron. Vitamin C improves the iron absorption process and thus consumption of sufficient vitamin C is must to maintain proper levels of iron. I think the above information about iron deficiency symptoms in women is helpful for you. Family members must encourage menopausal and pregnant women to follow a diet rich in iron.

Rubella is a viral infection which the baby acquires from their mothers during pregnancy. It is primarily a maternal infection which is transmitted to the baby. It is believed that rubella invades the respiratory tract of the mother from where it is transmitted to all the other including the placenta.

It from placenta that it is transmitted to the baby. Baby acquire the infection which shows its symptoms and it will suffer from number of abnormalities which can ultimately result in death in uterus itself.

Signs And Symptoms Of Rubella Infection:

In Pregnant Women:

Symptoms will be noticed in the respiratory tract.

Lymphadenopathy

Fever

Maculopapular rash

In Fetus:

Treatment:

No specific treatment is there to treat this condition. The women who get infected with this disease in the beginning of the pregnancy must be informed of its consequences before hand only. Immune globulin if given in the early stages of pregnancy can do some prevention but not difference can be
done.

Prevention:

Prevention is the means to protect mother from this infection. So, it must be made sure that lady gets the vaccine of rubella before getting pregnant. Once vaccine is given lady must not conceive for at least one month or so. This is done to ensure that antibodies for this disease are formed. This will prevent both the mother and her baby from the infection.

Another way is that the vaccine must be given to all the young children along with other vaccines of measles and mumps in between the age of 12 – 15 years. This will prepare the body of all the females from younger time itself to fight from the infection.
