    It’s true, dragon fruit really helps in lowering blood pressure. My dad eats one dragon fruit every day and it helps to significantly reduce his high blood pressure. He doesn’t even have to take his medication anymore for it. Of course, I imagine that once he stops eating the dragon fruit, he will have to start taking his hypertension medication again.

    i am eating daily dragon fruit. but it seems it developes a knee pain on me. Like anthritis? why? what is the rweason or conflict?
