Lack of balanced diet is also a cause of acne. Hence, balanced diet should be undertaken.

It does not play a direct role in causing acne but stress can aggravate the symptoms of acne.

Occupation:-

People working in industries and getting exposed to smoke,oils etc can get acne.

Hormones:-

Hormonal changes in the body leads to acne problems.

Remedies For Acne Treatment :-

Apple Facial Mask:-

Ingredients:-

  • 1 cup of grated apple
  • 4 tbsp of honey

Preparation:-

  • Make a pulp of grated apple
  • Add honey to it.
  • Keep it for 10 minutes
  • Rinse

Egg Facial Mask:-

Ingredients:-

  • Egg white
  • Witch hazel
  • Lemon juice

Preparation:-

  • Beat the egg white until it has become stiff.
  • Add witch hazel and lemon juice to it.
  • Keep it for 15 minutes.
  • Rinse it with warm water.

Oatmeal Facial Mask:-

Ingredients:-

  • 2 tbsp of oatmeal water.
  • 1 tbsp of baking soda.

Preparation:-

  • Add oatmeal water, water and baking soda in a bowl. Mix it well.
  • Apply it for 15 minutes.
  • Rinse

Tips To Get Rid Of Acne Problems:-

  • Intake of lot of water. It will make your skin healthy.
  • Wash your face regularly twice a day. Use soap which contains moisture in it.
  • Usage of baking soda.
  • Have a proper diet and sleep.
  • Daily intake of vitamin B6.
