- Always wear clear tampons and make sure that you change them every day.
- Try avoid Douching because it has the tendency to destroy the acidic environment of the vagina.
- If you are suffering from any kind of vaginal infections, avoid wearing undergarment sand pants of tight fittings. This is because loose fittings ill give vagina space to breath while tight fittings can increase the vaginal odor and also irritate the vagina.
- Avoid wearing nylon panties always go for cotton ones. Cotton will keep your vagina cool and dry.
- In case of some infections specially sexually transmitted diseases like Chlamydia, Genital Herpes etc, contact your doctor immediately.
