Models believe that their mantra to looking beautiful is to keep fit, healthy and toned which either they are gifted with or nurture it with healthy diet and exercise like swimming.

The most recommended ways to keeping the extra weight off are – moderate exercises and Yoga say experts. Liposuction, though not highly preferred can be an option to reduce weight but excessive dieting or gymming should be avoided to prevent fertility problems in women. So if you still want babies, you better cash on some calories.
