  • Have fruits, especially banana every day.
  • Avoid fried and spicy food, chocolates and vinegar.
  • Raw salad should be avoided.
  • While eating, chew the food properly.

  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Sucking pieces of clove for some time will give you great relief.
  • Eating almonds will also give you relief from acidity.
  • Tender coconut water is highly beneficial for acidity.
  • Drinking milk is also good to keep acidity at bay.
  • Consume small pieces of jaggery after your meals.
  • Consuming yoghurt will give instant relief from acidity.
  • Boil cumin seeds in water and drink it.
  • Chewing mint leaves in empty stomach will also help.
