Here are some bad breath remedies:

  • Brush your teeth after each meal.
  • Chew some cardamom seeds after eating to sweeten your breath. The natural aromatic flavour  cardamom has works like  a breath freshner.
  • Add 1 lemon juice along with  sugar and salt to a glass of water and drink it frequently.
  • Parsley is a good food neutralizer. Because it is rich  in chlorophyll, it works as a natural deodoriser. Chew these leaves for fresh breath.
  • Clean your tongue each time you brush your teeth. tongue is a mojor cause for smell
  • Rinse your mouth well before sleeping with a glass of water and juice of half a lemon.
  • Drink Water well through the day.
