1. Thyme For Chest Congestion: Thyme is an antiseptic which has several health benefits. It is very good for bronchial ailments and intestinal problems. If you suffer from chest congestion or respiratory infection, inhale vapours of thyme oil by adding a few drops of this oil to some water.
2. Tea for sweaty palms and soles: If you often feel embarassed to shake hands because of sweaty palms, then this is for you. You can get rid of sweaty palms and feet by using tea as it contains tannic acid. Boil 4-5 tea bags in a litre of water for 5 minutes and let the solution cool. Then soak your hands or feet in it for 20 to 30 minutes every night. But keep seperate containers for soaking feet and hands.
3. Fennel for flatulence: Drink a cup of fennel seed tea, two or three times a day. Prepare the tea by crushing a teaspoon of fennel seeds slightly before pouring in boiling water.
