Amnesia refers to partial or complete loss of memory. All of us experience amnesia at some point in our lives, when we suddenly have a memory lapse and fall short of words. The most common form of amnesia is verbal amnesia, where a person forgets words or names.
Here is a list of foods that may strenthen your memory:
1. Almonds:
Almonds have unique properties of removing brain debility and strngthening the brain. Soak 7 to 11 almonds in water overnight and eat them in the morning. You can also haveeat edible almond oil mixed with a cup of milk.
2. Walnuts:
Walnuts are also good for removing brain weakness and improving memory. Take about twenty grams of walnuts every day. You can also take them with figs or raisins.
3. Honey:
Mix 2 tsps of honey in a cup of warm milk and have it every night before sleeping.
4. Banana:
Eat two bananas everyday. If you don’t have any weight problems make a shake of banana and low fat milk and have it every day.
5. Apples:
Apples are also useful for curing amnesia. Eat an apple every day. You can also eat it with one tsp of honey and one cup of milk.It gives energy and recharges the nerves.
6. Other Fruits:
All other fruits rich in phosphorus like figs, dates, grapes and oranges are also good for the brain.
7. Black Pepper:
Take five seeds of finely ground black pepper and mix with one tsp of honey. Take this mixture in the morning and evening.
