Here are some more yoga exercises to ease constipation:
Exercise 3:
1. Lie Flat on your stomach with your arms beside your body,chin on the floor and legs together.
2. Bend your knees.
3. Reach for your toes and hold them firmly.
4. Inhale and raise your upper body by tensing the leg muscles and pushing your feet backwards.
5. Hold for 15-20 seconds.
6. Exhale and slowly release the legs and come back to the starting position.
Exercise 4:
1. Sit and keep your back straight and legs stretched.
2. Then bend one knee and bring your ankle towards your hips and place the foot under the hips.
3. Do the same with your other leg. Place the toe of one foot on top of the other.
4. Place your palms on your knees and keep your back straight. Sit as long as you feel comfortable.
