Here are some yoga exercises to relax the stomach and ease constipation:
Exercise 1:
1. Lie flat on your back and place your arms by your side.
2. Raise your legs slowly to a 90 degree position.
3. Slowly lift your hips and support them with your hands. Hold for 15-30 seconds. Breathe normally.
4. Then slowly come back to the starting position.
Exercise 2:
1. Lie flat on your back and place your arms beside you.
2. Bend your right knee to your chest, pointing your foot forward.
3. Then interlock your fingers and place them just below your knees. And bring your knee closer to your chest.
4. Hold for a few seconds and relax the back.
5. Now go back to the starting position.
6. Repeat the same with your left leg and then go back to the starting position.
7. Then draw both your knees near your chest.
8. Hold for some seconds and breathe normally.
9. Relax the back. And go back to the staring position.
