A Simple Way To Cure Mild Backaches

You may experience pain in your back because of several reasons. And the first thing you do is take some painkillers…right? Stay away from all those painkillers. A pillow may help you tackle your aching back. Here are some ways to deal with it:

  1. If you sleep on your back, place a baby pillow under your knees. This will reduce the stress on your back.
  2. If you sleep on your stomach, place a small pillow under your abdomen to keep your lower back from sagging.
  3. If you are a side sleeper, draw your legs up towards your chest and place a small pillow between our knees. This may take the stress away from your hip joints and lower back, that may be causing your back pain.
